V20 U5 maintenance updates for regular and router Yealink phones.

The latest IP Phone firmware updates for Yealink – containing maintenance updates – have been released and are fully tested with V20 Update 5.

Important Note: Yealink has fixed some of the DST issues users were reporting, but they’ve made it clear that after the upgrade, you will need to factory reset and then re-provision your phones for the DST fixes to apply.

How to Upgrade Yealink Phones

Upgrade your IP Phone firmware directly from the Admin Console in your 3CX. Navigate to “Phones” > “Upgrade”.

Alternatively, you can upgrade from the Users page of the Admin Console. Navigate to “Users” > Click on a User > select the “IP Phone” tab > “Upgrade”
