How to Use:
- Click on your extension’s avatar at the top left.
- Enable ‘Monitor Connection Quality’ and select the monitoring period.
- Once a call ends, a report will appear in your call history.
For a more detailed report, log in to your Web Client, go to ‘Calls’ and click on the ‘Show call quality report’ button next to the call
Edit Your Scheduled Conference Participants
You can now add additional contacts to scheduled conferences before the meeting starts. This makes it easier to update your invites and ensure all necessary participants are included.
How to Use:

- Click on the Plus (+) button.
- Select more participants to invite.
Google Integration

How to Use:
- Go to the Contacts tab.
- Select the Google filter to sync your contacts.
Edit Before Call
From the Recents tab, users can now edit mobile numbers before making a call. This allows you to dial numbers via a specific trunk to get a better rate.
How to Use:
- Go to the Recents tab and tap on the number you wish to edit.
- Select ‘Edit before call’ from the menu.
- The number is copied to the keypad for further editing before the call is made.
3CX Softphone Beta Changes
- Future Softphone Beta releases will be available via the Microsoft Store. Search for ‘3CX BETA” to find future Softphone BETA releases. No form submission or account creation is required.
- Do not run the production version of the 3CX Softphone alongside the BETA app, as this may cause conflicts.
