“Our future will be different, and there’s no doubt—we will go beyond,” Tuszik told the enthusiastic audience in Amsterdam.

Jeetu Patel, EVP and Chief Product Officer, reinforced Cisco’s mission to build products that people love. He outlined three core principles driving Cisco’s product strategy:

Patel highlighted the transformative impact of AI, calling ChatGPT’s launch a “watershed moment” that made AI accessible to everyone. He showcased Cisco’s AI-powered Webex innovations, including the Webex AI Agent, designed to eliminate hold times when people are calling into customer service. This AI-powered assistant can handle up to 90% of inquiries seamlessly and intelligently route complex issues to the right human agent.
Closing his keynote, Patel told the gathering of customers and partners that Cisco will continue delivering cutting-edge, high-quality, and AI-driven solutions.

The demo area was alive with excitement and customer engagement, as attendees eagerly interacted with subject matter experts. At the Webex Contact Center booth, there was a ton of customer interest in the integrations that were being showcased that were specific to contact centers such as Amazon WorkSpaces Thin Client for Webex Contact Center, Journey, and Salesforce.
Separately, in the DevNet zone, the Webex Developer Relations team actively engaged participants through a series of workshops and classroom sessions, demonstrating how effortlessly customers and partners can develop their own application experiences.
