As discussed in our update from May, for those users not already on V20, the priority is upgrading to V20 to benefit from ongoing technical support, security updates, and the latest features. If you are unable to migrate immediately, upgrading to the latest version of V18 is critical to maintaining functionality.

Key Information for V18 Users

  • Upgrade to V20: V20 is the recommended version to ensure you have access to the latest features and technical support.
  • V18 remains operational but without technical support: While V18 is still functional, technical support will no longer be available for it. Users planning to stay on V18 temporarily must upgrade to the latest version of V18 for continued PUSH notifications and license validity.

You will not receive notifications and will not be notified of incoming calls after mid April 2025.
