What’s Changing

To align with this vision, changes are coming in 2025:

  1. Free support for 4SC installs will end. Support tickets will need to be purchased directly from the system.
  2. The price of a 4SC dedicated instance will increase.

4SC installs currently account for nearly 50% of technical support tickets while generating minimal revenue. Many free installations contribute nothing at all. This imbalance is no longer sustainable, making these changes necessary.

For Partners and MSPs and their small business customers, multi-tenant is the ideal solution to reduce costs and simplify management and at the same time enjoy a full range of 3CX features. However, for customers with basic telephony needs or heavy reliance on Microsoft Teams, alternative solutions may be more suitable.
