Hi Everyone,
FreePBX 17 keeps evolving daily. As we progress with this major release, we acknowledge there’s more to come.
To ensure a smooth transition, make sure to migrate your existing Deployment ID to FreePBX 17 as per wiki instructions, for comprehensive testing with all commercial modules.
Normally, FreePBX users can request two hardware resets on their own, requiring support contact for further resets. To streamline this process and eliminate barriers, we have reset the deployment count to 2 for ALL FreePBX users! This update ensures a worry-free transition to FreePBX 17 without any reset limit concerns.
Before migrating to production or decommissioning your previous FreePBX system, we strongly recommend thorough testing of FreePBX 17 in your test environment to ensure everything works as expected.
Additionally, don’t miss our latest blog post featuring real feedback on FreePBX 17 from one of our community members. We invite you to also share your comments by filling out the FreePBX 17 Experience survey. Your insights are crucial for our continuous improvement, and by participating, you’ll have a chance to win a FreePBX swag package!
Thank you for your ongoing support and collaboration. We look forward to hearing your experiences and stories.
Best Regards,
The FreePBX Team
