Built in noise cancellation, powered by Cisco’s AI Assistant, was another feature G2.com highlighted in their analysis.

Webex Receives Two Awards from TrustRadius
Webex also received two awards from TrustRadius: the TrustRadius Buyer’s Choice Awards for Webex Meetings, Webex App, Cisco Headsets, Webex Contact Center, Webex Calling, and Webex Webinars and the TrustRadius Tech Cares Award. TrustRadius is a buyer intelligence platform where buyers can leave vendor reviews and view vetted, in depth, and detailed reviews. The Buyer’s Choice Awards recognize vendors on TrustRadius who have at least ten new reviews over a nine-month period and of those reviews, at least 75% of reviewers selected the vendor as having the best capabilities, value for price, and customer relationship. On the other hand, the TrustRadius 2024 Tech Cares Award aims to highlight companies that have excelled in their CSR initiatives, focusing on vendors that demonstrate sustainability and the environment, diversity, equity, and inclusion, community impact, employee well-being and development, and other programs.
