Kicking off 2025, it’s the perfect time to look back at some of the highlights from last year. In 2024, we worked with top tech YouTubers to showcase 3CX in action, reaching millions of viewers and sparking discussions about smarter communication. Two videos stood out: Network Chuck’s creative setup and David Bombal’s exploration of private PBX systems.

Network Chuck: Creative Communication with an Enterprise Twist

Network Chuck’s December video, “I Built a Phone System Because No One Answers Me” hit over 323,000 views and gave a fresh perspective on what 3CX can do. While Chuck focused on solving a problem at home – his family ignoring his calls – the principles he highlighted are directly applicable to enterprise environments.

In his setup, Chuck used 3CX to connect multiple devices, including retro phones, and even integrated an AI voice assistant to enhance functionality. For businesses, this demonstrates how 3CX can unify communication across teams and locations, integrate advanced tools, and adapt to specific needs. David Bombal’s November videos brought 3CX’s business value to the forefront. His YouTube Short, “Free Private Phone System?” amassed 1.5 million views, introducing 3CX to a huge audience.

In his longer video, “Free Private Phone System (PBX),” David explored how 3CX delivers secure and cost-effective communication solutions for businesses. With 141,000 views, this video reinforced 3CX as an ideal choice for organizations prioritizing privacy and efficiency.
