PUSH date extended and how to upgrade to V20.

Following on from our update in December, we’ve extended PUSH support for V18 users until August 31st, 2025. This gives more time to complete your migration to V20. After this date, PUSH for both Android and iOS will stop working on V18.

To keep receiving PUSH, you must be on V18 Update 9B or V20.

Reminders

  • V18 is end of life: No further updates. No technical support.
  • PUSH support was due to end in April, but has been extended to August 31st for users on Update 9B.
  • License certificates can be reactivated on V18 until September 2025.

Upgrade Path for V18 Users

  1. Upgrade to V20
Recommended path. Start planning now using the Get Ready for V20 Webinar and our Migration Checklist.
  2. Update to V18 Update 9B
If you can’t move to V20 immediately, Update 9B keeps your system running:

    1. PUSH support until August 31st, 2025
    2. License reactivation until September 2025
    3. Compatibility and limited fixes

Deadlines You Should Know

  • Debian 10: Final security update was July 2024. No further updates. Make sure your system is behind a firewall.
  • PUSH notifications: End August 2025 (if on Update 9B)
  • License reactivation: Until September 2025

Why Move to V20

V20 brings major upgrades in functionality, security and reporting. Here’s the recap:

  • V20 Update 5 is the latest stable release with full support, ongoing security updates and new features including Google Workspace integration, MS Teams status control and voicemail transcription.
  • V20 Update 6 – currently in Alpha – is a major step forward for reporting. If you’re still on V18, it’s time to move.

Final Reminder

The priority is to move to V20. If that’s not possible right now, Update 9B is the minimum to avoid disruption.

Act now. Don’t get caught out in September.
